  • What do I need to shop as a wholesaler?
    TO SIGN UP 1. Click “Wholesale” button. 2. Sign Up on the Log-in Page. 3. Check your email. You are approved! 4. Get your shop on. EXCLUSIVE PARTNER LOG-IN 1. Click “Wholesale” button. 2. Sign Up on the Log-in Page. 3. You will get a welcome email. During the next 24hrs you will be manually approved. 4. Once approved, you will get a 2nd email. Click "Confirm Your Email" in this email. 5. You can now shop within your brand! On the Wholesale page scroll down and click on your logo (ex Nothing Bundt Cake). These curated products are exclusive for you.

  • What if I get an incorrect item or have questions about my order?

  • How can I white label my brand or idea on Urban Smirk products?
    So glad you asked! We love making specialty towels and dishcloths for various brands. Your brand is important and creating a brand new product is such a fun way to get your idea and logo out to the masses! The first step is to email and set up a consultation to discuss your ideas. Keep in mind we can do everything from a basic logo drop on a product, to designing a snarky product from scratch. Contact us and we can brainstorm together. A minimum quantity of 36 towels or 40 swedish dishcloths is required for any specialty orders.

    What is the time frame to ship an order? Please allow 3-5 business days for regular orders. For white-labeling and specialty orders, shipping time frames will vary based on situation. What methods to we use to ship an order? Orders are shipped through UPS and USPS. Where can we ship to? We ship to the United States.
